Simple, Secure Online Notarization in 4 Easy Steps

Step 1: Schedule Your Session

Click the “Book Now” button to select a time that works for you using our online calendar. You’ll pay the simple $30 flat fee (for 2 legal documents) at the time of booking.

Step 2: Prepare Your Document & ID

Before your session, make sure you have:

  • The document you need notarized (as a PDF or Word file). Please do not sign it beforehand!

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID (like a Driver’s License or Passport).

  • A device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone).

Step 3: Join the Secure Video Session

You will receive a confirmation email with a secure link to join the video session on our state-approved online notarization platform. At your scheduled time, just click the link to meet with me face-to-face.

Step 4: Notarize & Download

During the brief video call, I will verify your identity and witness you electronically sign the document. I will then apply my digital notary seal. Immediately after the session ends, you will be able to download your legally notarized document.
